Shop DASH Online

A Friendly Editorial Reminder & Disclaimer

If you are one of the thousands of fans wishing to shop Dash online, you are probably feeling frustrated by the lack of an official Dash website. While www.shopdashonline.com did launch in 2007, it is no longer active. Here is what Khloé Kardashian had to say about it on her blog in October of 2008:

“I have seen some of your comments about receiving error messages while shopping¬†at the¬†DASH online store. We are actually having the site redesigned, and while it is being worked on it there might be some of those messages popping up. Don‚Äôt worry, they are Khloe Kardashianonly temporary issues, but they will probably be happening on and off while the designer is doing his thing. Please keep trying if there is something you want to buy!!¬†I‚Äôm sorry about the inconvenience to you shoppers, but the new site is going to make shopping¬†DASH¬†a much better experience and I can‚Äôt wait for it to be finished so you guys can see how awesome it is!”

Shopping DASH Clothing Online

Unfortunately for us, it has not yet been finished over three years later. The sad¬†truth¬†is that there is no way to shop Dash online, if by “Dash” you mean the actual boutiques as seen on the reality shows. If, however, you are just feeling like doing some online shopping, and you find the Kardashian style inspirational, there are some options…

Tangerine Hobo BagIf you want to browse clothing lines endorsed by Kourtney, Kim, and Khlo√©, you have a couple of options. First of all, the Kardashian Kollection at Sears is surprisingly cute and really captures the essence of the sisters’ stylistic approach. These items are very affordable. Jewelry can range from $20-40. Denim is regularly priced at $68. The handbag to the left was originally priced at $78. That bright pop of tangerine is an outfit maker. This hobo bag also has the gold plated KK logo, and you know you wouldn’t be able to stop playing with that fun¬†tassel!

The last time I went into a Sears it was to look for a washer and dryer, but I might be tempted by their “softer side” is they keep churning out the fashion goods like they have with their Kardsahian Kollection. I know you want to read about the other shop Dash online options, Shimmer Petal Skirtbut I can’t resist sharing one more fabulous Sears find (did I seriously just say that?). Check out this $78 shimmery mini-skirt with all the 3D petals! It’s currently on sale for half-off! That leads me to some of the great aspects of shopping this collection online. 1) I have yet to visit the site when at least some things were not on sale. 2) You can opt to pick up your order in store to avoid paying shipping. And 3) The site is well organized, pleasing to look at, and each item has a zoom feature so you can really see the details of the pieces you are interested in.

Yellow ClutchAnother option for shopping the Kardashian look online is the K-Dash line for QVC. In my opinion this one is a less fun online shopping experience. Not only are there less items to chooses from, but most of the items have less POP. The bag to the left is an exception. It carries a QVC price tag of $195 (on clearance now for $98, so hurry!). This yellow lamb-skin clutch can be worn on a shoulder chain or as a wristlet. It is the brass detailing that makes it so special.

As you can see from the description and the pricing, the leather goods in the K-Dash line are of a higher quality than those in the Kardashian Kollection by Sears. That might be exactly what you desire, but you are going to face a limited number of choices. While QVC doesn’t offer free shipping, they do have a buy one item get the S&H 50% off if you buy another of the same item. One for you, and one for BF! The greatest feature of the K-Dash online shopping experience is the customer reviews for each product. I was seriously contemplating a motorcycle jacket until I read that several customers were battling stuck zippers. No thank you!

A third option for shopping the Kardashian look online is to head to eBay. Fans just likeBeBe V-neck Dress you have snapped up clothes from the various endeavors of our favorite First Family of Fashion, and now they are willing to share! Some of the items are new, while others will be secondhand. Many of the pieces currently for sale are from the Kardashian for BeBe line. Because these clothes are being sold by individuals instead of a store, there are absolutely no guarantees of selection or sizing. You will just have to browse often. The Va-va-voom lacy dress to the right is a BeBe find up for sale on eBay for $120. This lingerie inspired cocktail dress will turn heads with its sheer look and black piping.

Other Ways to Find Kim’s Style

A final suggestion for fulfilling our online shopping craving and your lust for all things Kardashian is to spend more time on sites like this one and other fan sites, familiarizing Mystique Sandals $155yourself with their look. Read our Kardashian look for less page for tips to look as good as the girls without breaking the bank. Get to know the favorite brands worn by the ladies. As you probably know, Kim is obsessed with shoes (she has three walk-in shoe closets). Her favorite brands are pretty typical for a celebrity: Christian Louboutin, Fendi, Manolo Blahnik, and Mystique sandals. Perhaps you can afford to shop from the same retailers the KK sisters do, but if not, browse these favorite designers and look at photos of the curvy trend-setters, then go shopping with those styles in mind! It is easier than it sounds and fun to boot -probably a leopard print boot ; )!
